Breathwork offers a way to reconnect with yourself, clear out what’s no longer serving you, unlock your body’s own healing power, and restore your inner primordial balance.

What is Conscious Breathwork?

Conscious Breathwork is a technique-free transformative breath therapy practice that improves your health, restores your inner balance, expands your consciousness and is a powerful tool for self-development.

It's a deeply somatic experience in a safe, nurturing space that I create and hold in which you can surrender to your breath and allow it to guide you on your journey. I support you through a rhythmic music set, energy work, and bodywork (more in individual sessions and less in group sessions).

Disclaimer - Contraindications

Breathwork is a powerful practice, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If any of the below apply to you, it’s important to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning breathwork:

  • you have psychosis, cardiovascular conditions, severe anxiety disorders, PTSD, raised intraocular pressure/ glaucoma, significant inflammation
  • you are taking strong psychotropic medications
  • you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or you're recovering from recent surgery

What Does a Breathwork Session Look Like?

Check-in

Introduction round to ground and prepare yourself for the practice. I will then explain the structure of the session and what to expect.

Actual practice

Here your breath does all the magic! I hold the space for your unfolding experience and support you throughout as needed.

Sharing/Integration

Once you've landed, we'll have a sharing round in which you can talk about your experience as a form of integration.

Note: An individual breathwork session is uniquely tailored to your personal needs, emotional landscape, and intentions — offering a depth and level of care that simply isn’t possible in a group setting. This focused, individual support allows for deeper transformation and more precise guidance in navigating what truly matters to you.

What You Need to Know Around a Session

Up to 2 hours before, don't eat anything heavy; you also don't want to have a completely empty stomach

Make sure your bladder is (relatively) empty; going to the restroom will likely disrupt the process

Wear comfortable clothes (no tight sportswear). Remove/open anything restricting your breathing (belt, bra, buttons)

Cover your eyes with an eye mask or top; this facilitates looking inwards

Have a blanket on/near you in case you get cold; temperature changes in your body are normal and common

Have water/ a notebook near you. Also drink plenty of water after the session

If possible, don't plan any activities after the session; spend time with yourself in introspection (journal, relax)

After the session help move the energy you released by eating a good meal, showering, having a good night's rest
